Many states in America have stepped up efforts to legalize Marijuana despite the federal laws advising otherwise.  States like Ohio have already allowed the use of Marijuana for medical and recreational use while Kentucky has allowed the use of Marijuana for medical use. There are ongoing legislations in some American states that are deliberating on how to legalize the use of Marijuana for specific reasons.
