Fiona Muir Harvey Accusations against Netflix

Fiona Muir Harvey has moved to court seeking compensation for damages occurring for what she claims are a false representation of her character in the Netflix show baby Reindeer. She claims that the director of the show damaged her reputation by portraying her as a stalker in the said show.  Following this, Fiona Muir Harvey has moved to court in search of compensation for the damages occurring due to the defamation she suffered from the airing of the show Reindeer.

Fiona has filed a 55 million dollar lawsuit against the streaming giant in search of compensation for the alleged defamation.  In her lawsuit against the company, Fiona Muir Harvey claims that by the show portraying her as stalker, they damaged her reputation significantly in the public eye.  She further adds that the Character Martha in the show Reindeer was easily recognizable to many people who knew her. According to her, the actions of Netflix were deliberate and so damaging to her reputation.  This is why she has decided to move to court seeking compensation for the damages she suffered for being portrayed as a criminal in the show Reindeer.
